This includes providing specialist care in the home for those who require a higher level of care and attention.

 We provide support with arrangements to assist individuals with, or to supervise tasks of, daily living in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing.
This service also supports people seeking a place to live, which caters to their suitability type and level of needs. 

 We assist by including developmental-focused activities and training to enhance the person’s ability to live an independent and everyday life with access to employment. 

 We assist with supported shopping, medical appointments, sporting and recreational events, social activities, visiting or making new friends and building confidence and social skills . We also assist with maintaining and organising your home environment.

  We provide support to clients by getting them involved in community and group activities, to build interpersonal skills. We ensure that the activities are supported and guided by our professional team. This also helps improve our clients well-being, which is one of our main goals.
